Just pay a deposit to buy a flat (possibly in a building under construction with many unsold flats) and then visit the site with the "family" or otherwise non-characters "Hooch". At that point the manufacturer will almost certainly recede 'the preliminary returns the "double" of the deposit for fear of leaving unsold flats (racism or reality'?). Beautiful is not it?
