In March 1999 I ran into a court case that sparked my interest soon. Was cited in an article of doctrine, appeared on a legal journal, the value attributed to the silence of the accused in a criminal trial. Subito dopo l'interrogatorio, mi recai a parlare con il comandante delle guardie carcerarie e gli spiegai la situazione. COLLOQUI IN CARCERE
(Queste brevi note cercano di riassumere i vari colloqui in carcere avuti con l'avvocato . Sono in prima persona e riprendono gli appunti dello stesso avvocato.)
Subito dopo l'interrogatorio, mi recai a parlare con il comandante delle guardie carcerarie e gli spiegai la situazione.
